Houndstooth Mittens

"I love that the classic houndstooth pattern is making a comeback again. I originally made a sample in aran and turqouise, but I just couldn’t resist making a pair of Houndstooth Mittens in a more classic color combination. Yarn I chose Patons Classic Wool Worsted for my mittens, but you can substitute another worsted weight yarn as long as you’re able to meet gauge. You'll need approximately 180 yards for your main color and 100 yards for a contrasting color. These Houndstooth Mittens are an A Crocheted Simplicity original design. "
