Patchwork Prism Baby Blanket

"The Patchwork Prism baby blanket is a fun, colorful and full of texture. This blanket uses a combination of basic stitches, as well as some front and back post stitches. The size of the blanket with 16 squares and the border is 34.5" x 34.5" / 88 cm x 88 cm, but is easily adaptable. You can choose to crochet more or less squares, since the border works with any stitch increment. This blanket uses only 2 colors and 3 skeins of each color. The main color is a solid color, and the contrast color is a self striping yarn. The yarn is carried up with each round leaving you with only 4 ends to weave in for each square! My testers rated this pattern as “Intermediate”, so it does require some concentration for the first square or two. But, don’t let that scare you. The squares use basic stitches with the occasional front post stitch placed in there and some back posts for texture. There are also videos to help you along with the square, the join and the border. Stitches used (pattern is written in US terms): BpDc: Back post double crochet BpHdc: Back post half double crochet BpSc: Back post single crochet Ch (s): Chain (s) Dc: Double crochet FpDc: Front post double crochet Hdc: Half double crochet Sl st: Slip stitch"
