How cute is this Crochet Lion Wrap. After reading the written pattern I wish there was a video showing how to do the mane. I'm not understanding how the loops are locked so they don't come undone? Other than that part, I think this will work out well. I can see this one being made in different sizes for the grandkids. I'm going to give it a try and see how it turns out. I am so glad that the designer gave credit to Lion Brand yarn and even posted a link to the original pattern. Both patterns are very similar but it looks like the designer has added some banding near the mane. This would make an adorable baby shower or new baby gift. Even in the summer, new babies still need to be wrapped up.
