"Wrap sweaters are terrific for babies for two reasons – one, you don’t have to fuss with putting a sweater over a wriggly small person’s head, and two, the sizing is very forgiving so you can get a lot of wear out of your lovely crochet work. This one is crocheted from the bottom up in a double crochet variation alternating with rows of single crochet. The back and both fronts are all one piece – then you just have to sew up the shoulder seams and make and attach your sleeves! "
