Basketweave Kitchen Washcloths

Make some fabulous basketweave kitchen washcloths to wash your dishes with. You can use three skeins of yarn to make two washcloths. These would make nice wedding gifts as they're easy to make.

I need to get my practice working the basket weave stitch pattern! I am seeing a lot of this being used recently in beanies, blankets and beyond. If you want a quick and BUDGET minded last minute gift idea, nothing could be better than dishcloths, towels, scrubbies and wash cloths.

I think this is great! I like my dishcloths a little larger. How many chain stitches would I have to increase this to make it one "pattern" or basket weave larger? Or can you tell me what are the measurements of this cloth? Thank you! My guess is maybe 4 more chains for one more 'square' of weave? Could you please reply to my email?

I think in order to keep the pattern, you should use 8 additional chains
