This reminds me so much of the twisted necklaces that are made by sewing tiny little seed beads together. This would definitely work up so much quicker than the beaded version. Love that accent button. It is the perfect color to compliment those yarn colors perfectly.

This pattern isnt nearly as complex as it looks. Depending on which yarn you choose, it could be casual or more formal. Each strand is actually a row joined to the previous one with a long strand of crocheted chain in between. Because of the construction, you dont need to limit yourself to only two colors, but be careful not to make too many rows otherwise the ends will be too thick.
