I was trying to figure out if the band of the ring was crocheted, too. But all I could see was a picture of a basic craft jewelry ring- so I see that you would hot glue that crocheted rose onto the base of the ring. It's weird how it didnt say anything in the pattern about that at all. It's okay as I am sure I could get that ring band and base at my craft store. It is the perfect accessory for the boho chic look. I would use the Lion Brand Bon Bons yarns for sure!
