This is my favorite Irish Rose pattern and Ive worked it many, many times. Its lovely by itself as an appliqu, or use it as the center of a trivet or afghan block. The pattern is very simplethe hardest part is figuring out how to work behind the roundsbut the results are worth it. Youll have to figure out your own hook and yarn size as the designer doesnt provide any suggestions.
