Appliques can be used with so many projects that Im always looking for interesting new ones to add to my pattern collection. Floral designs are always a favorite, so I was very happy to see this pattern by one of my favorite appliqu designers. The instructions are fairly challenging, so watch the embedded video a few times before starting. The large flower can be made a bit smaller by using different hooks.

So pretty! I'd make a blanket out of many squares with different colored flowers. Perfect for summer!

This is so cute. I can use it to embellish the purses I make. Or on blankets. And you don't have to use the colors as shown. I need a big white flower for on a black purse and this would just be perfect. Thank you for sharing this great pattern and inspiration.

This flower applique is part of the Like A Boss CAL blanket series. It would also make a great embellishment to add to other projects depending on the gauge you use. Make it small enough and it could work on a hot beverage cozy or a headband for a little girl.
