The Granny Square Bag is a stylish bag with a vintage flair. This yarn bag is made with multiple granny squares, and a minimalist handle made from the single crochet stitch. Tried this craft? What did you think?

This is the perfect size bags for all sorts of things. I have more than my share of bags/purses/totes but I love to keep adding to the collection. This granny square knitting bag has a unique shape and the handle is just the right size to go over the shoulder. I can't want to make this one for myself. Thanks for sharing the pattern.

What an attractive crochet bag made with granny squares. A plus was the ease of obtaining the materials to make the project as there was a link to make the purchase on the directions page. I would not have selected this color but because it is a neutral hue I am sure I will be bringing it along on several occasions.

Not only is this a handy way to tote your yarn, but a great way to advertise your own crafting skills. Almost everyone recognizes the classic look of a granny square. Im not a flashy person by nature, so I really like the two tone grey and white version shown here. If I were working this up for one of my daughters though, the wilder the colors the better!

I just love the look of this mini granny square bag. It is all about how the squares are assembled, to get the unique shape we see featured. I can see this bag in the office or out to lunch with the girlfriends. It is truly a bag for all ages. It can be a young girl's first bag, a mom's small tote, and a grandmas purse for church! Try making one with a striking black instead of the light heather gray.
