Little Zoo Crochet Crocodile
In most zoos, you don't get to just walk up and pet the crocodile--at least not without some serious supervision. With the Little Zoo Crochet Crocodile, you can turn this scaly reptile into a soft, squeezable amigurumi animal that your child can feel free to venture off with. This free crochet toy pattern even gives this crocodile a differently colored stomach to give it a little variety. As crocodiles tend to be, it's a fairly long toy, coming in at a little over nine inches once finished. With the photo tutorial available, even newer crocheters can tackle this pattern.

I have several cousins who are University of Florida alumni, so Im sending a link to this site to stir up a little interest. The pattern for Colin isnt on the site, but can be found at the download link. The designer has also provided a separate photo tutorial for all the various steps. Do check out her other amigurumi zoo animals. Theyre all just adorable, and not difficult to work up.

I am a big fan of dedris work. Every time I see one of her patterns listed, I have to have it. Not only are they always so cute, her instructions are very clear and easy to follow. And this one has a tutorial with it. Thank you dedri for another winner.
