"Super fun and easy Christmas Gift Envelopes to make. These lovable gift envelopes are not only cute but also make giving money or gift cards fun! Great way to make gift giving festive! Notes: I use US Crochet stitch terminology. Due to the nature of this pattern – the yarn and hook used is only a suggestion and any substitute may be used. Size of finished product will vary depending on yarn and also size of hook used. These guys take about an hour to make each! Size: approx 10 cm in width SKILL LEVEL: Easy Basic stitches, simple shaping and finishing."

Both of these designs for gift envelopes are cute. They are actually envelopes with a closure, With a few changes these could easily be adapted to just be little purses too.
