This heart washcloth is awesome! I recently finished a corner to corner afghan, and I think I could whip up a bunch of these cloths in no time! There are so many color combinations available, I could make one for all the people I love and need a gift for.

This cute heart washcloth can be used for bath or kitchen. It is a quick and easy project and is a basic corner to corner (C2C) square. Add the heart and it is the perfect gift for Valentines Day. Most C2C are worked in DC but this one is worked with HDC.

Im a recent convert to Corner to Corner projects, and have been very pleased with how my projects have turned out. So far, Ive pretty much limited myself to very simple patterns. I havent tackled changing colors mid-row yet, but this designers easy instructions and video references have given me a lot of confident to try. I highly recommend watching the suggested videos if youre as new as I am.

The C2C crochet stitch pattern is very popular right now and this dishcloth pattern is a perfect way to learn and practice it. The pattern instructions are detailed and easy to follow and the designer even includes a video tutorial on how to do the C2C stitch. The hdc stitch is used rather than the dc stitch to make the dishcloth fabric more solid.

Like the previous commenter, this was my first crochet project working from a graph. I too found it very helpful and clear. It really worked up fast and was very easy. I want to make a few more for gifts. I may use it as a hot pad or coaster. Thank you for sharing this cutie.

I love this pattern. The c2c washcloth is so quick to complete and the directions are great. This is the first time that I have attempted an image in the center of a Corner to Corner and the graph was very helpful. The written directions were valuable as added clarification.
