Fox Drawstring Bag
Fox Drawstring Bag

"With school quickly approaching, I thought I'd make a Fox Drawstring Bag to go with the Pencil Case I made. I used Bernat Softee Chunky yarn and a 10mm hook. This pattern design used basic stitches of single crochet and half double crochet - so it's perfect for the beginner to tackle and make, as well as, a super cute project for the advanced crocheter to make. Change up the colors and it easily converts to a wolf bag. Fun, cute, easy and quick - perfect combo for the perfect bag for kids and adults!!!"

Here's a pic turned right side...

This is a cute project, but I cant figure out why the designer chose to make the front and back as separate pieces. Theres no bottom piece, so theres no reason why it couldnt be worked up at one long piece that can be folded in half. The rest of the pattern can be followed as the designer instructs, i.e. assembling the face and drawstring attachments.

It ended up being 2 pieces 'cause it started out to be something else and then I changed my mind so I made a second piece and decided to put it together into a fox bag. It sorta just evolved...lol.

Aww, how cute! Little kids will look adorable with this slung over their back (as if they don't already look adorable...)
