Simple CHIQ Shell Scarf The pink is Bernet's breast cancer awareness flamingo pink and a size G hook. Chain 27 ROW 1: (DC in 4ch from the hook , ch1, 2dc) sk4 (2dc,ch1,2dc) repeat until the end, Turn. ROW 2: Slip Stitch 2 spaces, (Ch3), (Dc, ch1, 2dc) in first space by Ch 3, **Skip 4 (2dc,ch1,2dc) in Ch 1 space from previous row, repeat from ** until the end, Turn. Repeat row two until you have your desired length. (2dc, ch1, 2dc) = Shell (ch3) (dc, ch1, 2dc) = Shell at beginning of each row

I am a hands on crocheter and I need clear, concise instructions. As pretty as this scarf is , the directions are the worst I've ever tried to follow. You don't indicate what to do at the end of the first row -- example chain one and turn or just turn then slip stitch. You don't state which ( ) to repeat after the slip stitch -- the first set of ( ) or the second or both. If the directions were clearer it would be easier to make this pretty scarf. The video was of not benefit to me either. Sorry.
