I love this project! It would look equally well under or over your outerwear, or even with a heavy sweater for a layered look. Basic stitches worked in rows, repeated to your desired length, and then finished with the accessory of your choice. Since it is so much shorter than a normal scarf or cowl, this would be a great traveling project, too.
