"This stunning rug uses front and back post stitches to create an eye-catching mandala. The texture not only creates the beautiful pattern in the rug, but also makes it soft and squishy under foot. There are no cable stitches used, just regular post stitches and increases and decreases. This pattern is an intermediate pattern and requires a bit of attention to make. Trust me, it’s worth the effort! You can even make it in different weight yarns to change the size and make a wall hanging or pillow cover!"

Wow this Cute Mandala Rug is really sweet looking. After reading the written pattern and all the comments, it sounds like the pattern has been around long enough to have all the bugs fixed. I'm saving this pattern and hope to get to it after the holidays. This one will take a lot of counting and needs all of my thoughts while crocheting it. So it's a quiet time project for sure. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet rug pattern.

Beautiful rug made of berocco material. Here's the link to the pattern http//jessieathome.com/mandala-rug/

This is GORGEOUS. Maybe this will be my motivation to get better at crocheting! I love the light color; I feel like it helps you see the intricacy of the stitchwork.
