This is so cute. I can think of so many uses for it. First of all I make crochet purses and these would make great embellishments. Also they would go on sweaters, towels, whatever you have that needs a little pick me up. I made a white afghan that these would really bring to life. Thanks for sharing.

Of all this designers interesting twists on basic hearts, this Cherry appliqu is my favorite. I was working on a tribute scrapbook frame to honor my mom, and I needed something for an extra pop of color. This appliqu immediately reminded me of her red lipstick. Didnt matter if it was in fashion or not, she always wore her cherry red lipstick. Even our dog recognized that lipstickif Mom put it on, she was going out, and Bitsy would beg to go along. I really miss my mom.

I havent worked this pattern yet, but is the pattern as shown on this page the instructions in their entirety? The link to get the free pattern does not work and takes you to a 404 error page. I see no one else has commented yet so not sure if others are experiencing the same issues?
