gee, I don't think much of your response to something that is obviously a technical error, more to do with your computer or you rather than the wonderful people on this site. I ALWAYS get the download straight away, and have never had a problem, so obviously..........???

If you have adobe reader, you can open the book and print from there. Adobe reader is free on the internet.

What do you do with a "download" after it comes up in it's pdf form ? You can not copy it into a document for it goofs up.!!
