"The Witch's Hat Applique is the perfect embellishment for your Halloween projects! It's bright and festive and sure to gain quite a few compliments! The Witch's Hat Applique is a larger applique that measures 6.75”H x 7.5”W. It's three pieces that are made separately and then stitched together. This pattern uses easy stitches and can be worked up quickly. Only a small amount of yarn is needed so you can make multiple witch hats with a skein of black yarn."

Im always looking for new appliqus. But if worked with the size hook and yarn that the designer recommends, this hat is huge! The designer states that this is actually part of a door wreath, so the size really shouldnt surprise me. I can probably drop down to a size E or even D hook and the instructions should still work.
