This hat starts from the brim up, but once you get to the Pebble Stitch body of the hat, its worked differently from what you might expect. Its still worked in rounds, but in order to mimic how the Pebble Stitch looks when worked flat, you will join as usual but then reversing at the end of each round. And because you are working bottom up, youll also have to contend with Invisible Decreases.
