This is a sweet project, and isnt it adorable as a matching set? This headwarmer pattern is available in a wide range of sizes so it would make the perfect gift for just about anyone. The heart motif square is worked in place (see the symbol chart) and the rest of the ribbing follows. The only tricky part is sewing the stretchy ribbing to the opposite side of the square when youre finished.

This is such an adorable pattern and the pictures are just too cute. Thanks so much for including a stitch diagram with the tutorial. I can follow along to the diagrams much better than to print instructions and usually they are more accurate. The variety of sizes included makes it possible for me to make one for everybody in my family.
