Exfoliating Washcloth

"This exfoliating washcloth is perfect for sensitive skin. The scrubby yarn used in this pattern is 100% cotton and very gentle but is still a wonderful exfoliator! I used double strands for this project, one strand of 100% cotton and 1 strand of the cotton scrubby yarn. This washcloth is washable and very durable and the scrubby yarn comes in a ton of different colors and color combos so its easily customizable when it comes to colors. This washcloth takes me less than an hour to whip up!"

The trick to making this washcloth is working it up with both the scrubby and cotton yarns simultaneously. Theres nothing complicated about the project as it uses Half Double Crochet stitches exclusively, and the rows are simple worked back and forth. It uses a minimal amount of yarn, too, so you could easily work up an entire set with a skein of each.

I think this exfoliating face cloth looks so pretty! I know she says the color is named "brights" but in the photo it looks more like muted shades. I like that even better! I know there are lots of color combinations offered in that yarn. I could literally make FOUR of these with just TWO skeins of yarn. Now THAT is budget friendly! I can't wait to get started on these- they would make great surprise gifts for all my girlfriends -)
