Kim's Angel Bookmark

Instead of using a paper bookmark, crochet an angel bookmark that will keep your place and look good while doing it. This free crochet angel pattern is great to crochet as a gift, or keep for your own reading pleasure. White crochet thread is used to complete this crochet bookmark pattern, and a tassel is attached at the end to give it the perfect finishing touch. If you prefer, you can also skip the bookmark portion of the pattern and simply use the crocheted angel as a lapel pin.

This is a wonderful project if youre new to filet crochet. Its much easier than most people think, and since this is such a small project, its fairly quick to work up. The designer also suggests that if desired, you can stop at just the angel portion and make a separate pin. Scroll to the bottom of the page for the print or .pdf option. Its so nice to have projects I can just pull up on my reader and take anywhere.
