I have a couple of nieces that come to visit during the summer. I love to have things for them to use while they are here and allow them to take home when they leave. This will be one of the projects that I will make for them. Such an inexpensive item I can probably make them each at least two or three pairs.

I love this project. You can take an ordinary item like your shower shoe and make it all fancy. Adding the yarn along the straps will also make the shoe more comfortable. You can easily find this type of shoe at any dollar spot. Now you can have a pair to match every conceivable summer outfit.

This is a really simple way to jazz up a pair of plain flip flops. This project just calls for wrapping the flip flop thong, but you could just as easily work a Single Crochet instead. You can use the flower pattern included with this post, or use your own favorite blossom instead. The original downloadable pattern from Lion Brand can be found here http//www.lionbrand.com/crochet-pattern-flower-fli == p-flops-1.html

This is such a great idea. I live in Florida where flip flops are a year around thing. I think these would make neat little gifts not just at the holidays but just because. I always like to have an emergency gift on hand. You can get a pair of these at the dollar store too.

This idea is the perfect way to dress up your old or plain flip-flops! You could even go out and purchase some new ones and give these adorable flip-flops away as gifts. They could be customized to each person's preferences. They would look perfect worn with a cute sundress and a floppy crocheted sunhat. A perfect accessory for a trip to the beach!

What is "A" "B" and " c. "

"A" "B" "C" would be the 3 colors of your choice. They used plum, terracotta and lime.

You start with C=Lime; then you use B=Terra Cota; then you use C=Plum for the pompom.

What is 'A'?

A is the lime colored yarn in this pattern.

Sorry I put my reply on the wrong question. You start with C=Lime; then you use B=Terra Cota; then you use C=Plum for the pompom.
