I love collecting appliqu patterns. Youd be surprised how much such a simple thing can add to a project. Some are okay, and some outstanding like this Jack oLantern. The designer provides well written instructions and enough photos to easily guide a Beginner. She suggests using an H size hook, but if you want a smaller version, you can easily scale down to an F hook instead.
