And, what could be better than a cozy that actually HOLDS the coffee shop gift card! A match made in heaven! Free printable for packaging is also available on the blog post. Materials: Size 4 Yarn (I used I Love This Cotton in Burnt Sienna and Winter Sparkle) US J/6.00 mm Crochet Hook Yarn Needle Scissors Stitches Used: (ch) chain (sl st) slip stitch (sc) single crochet (sc2tog) single crochet two together (dc) double crochet

I love that printable, too! What a clever idea and if youre making cozies to sell as craft show items, the printable card makes a much better presentation than just the cozy alone. It definitely gives me more ideas about how to personalize the card. The designer gives a lot of excellent tips about sizing the cozy, too. I keep a couple of those disposable cups around just to make sure.

This is a great idea for a gift or as a stocking stuffer. You could make them in different colours to use them for occasions other than the holidays. My husband and our boys would love this along with a gift card from Tim Hortons or Starbucks. Thank you for sharing with us!

What an awesome gift idea for the girls at the office and also to make up a few extras for all those people you need to give little gifts to such as your stylist, mailman, paper delivery driver and the like. I have been looking for a card printout to display my cozies on. Thanks.

I appreciate the link for the printable! I can get so many uses out of those. I think not just for its original intended use, but for other things like putting inside a holiday coffee mug with a hot cocoa packet attached, or something like that. Plus, this Santa suit inspired coffee cozy is adorbs! I would use Hobby Lobby's cotton yarn, as well.

What a novel idea. I have a few people I could make this for as a gift. They would get a kick out of it. Use it to hold the gift card first, then use it on the coffee cup it's self. I don't know who came up with this but thank you!
