It is an intermediate level pattern due to the ribbing and shaping. It features snap tape closures at the crotch and shoulder to help get baby in and out. This is such a cute idea, and that hat would probably work better than trying to keep Baby in any sort of mask. The designer goes into great detail with this entire outfit. If you wanted to cheat and not work the entire onesie, you could take a stained one, dye it black, and just add the batwings under the arms. For a toddler, a black sweatsuit would work, too.
