Spring Posy Earrings

"Spring is the perfect time to bust out your crochet thread and make these sweet earrings! Crochet earrings are light to wear and they are such quick projects, which is perfect for getting in a few stitches while still spending time outside enjoying the beautiful spring weather. For the Spring Posy Earrings, you'll need size 10 crochet thread and a 1.65 mm crochet hook, or whatever your preferred size hook is for crochet thread, since gauge isn't too important for earrings. You'll also need earring findings, I'm suggesting 4 jump rings and 2 fish hook style earrings to get a lovely, swingy earrings. You'll want to block these earrings with stiffening spray to give them the best shape. This is a great beginner crochet earring pattern, as the stitches are simple. If you can crochet in the round, you can make the Spring Posy Earrings."

Crochet Hook7 or 1.65 mm hook (steel)
Yarn Weight(0) Lace (33-40 stitches to 4 inches). Includes crochet thread.
Crochet GaugeGauge is not really necessary for this pattern. Personally, I find the smallest hook I can handle for the thread size (for earrings) produces the best, tightly stitched look. If you desire to gauge swatch: after round 2, your work should measure 15 mm across.
