Lego Block Bag

search

Inspired by the popular building block toys, this Lego Block Bag is a perfect crochet pattern to make for the little boys in your life. Use any worsted weight yarn you want, but Red Heart Super Saver yarn is a great choice because it makes the bag strong and durable. The crochet design is a simple pouch with drawstrings that open and close at the top. The drawstrings also double as straps, so it's easy for kids to carry as a backpack.

I just have to make this for the grand kids to keep their blocks in. Not only is it cute and not hard to make but we live within 25 miles of Legoland. So you know they are legonuts! I can't wait to see their little faces when I give it to them.

I think I love lego blocks more than my children ever did and this would be the ideal storage for said blocks. I guess by adding more "block" the bag could be bigger. This would be a great bag for just carrying a few things like a phone or small tablet when out on the town. Great conversation starter.

When my boys were young these building blocks was one of their favorite things to play with. (me too but not when you step on one) Now that they are older, I attempt to make them things to remind them of their youth. This would be a great gift for both of them.

I love patterns that are trending with what is popular, especially for children. This pattern's design is so popular and colorful how can you resist making it. It may seem a little complicated, but it is actually well written and easy to follow. You will want to make these for all the little boys in your family.

My grandson loved this lego bag. The pattern was easy to follow.

Thank you so much for this pattern. I made it for my friends 2 year old Grandson. He immediately fell in love with the lego bag, so much so, that he insisted on taking it to bed with him that night. Jacqui

BTW, all my kids from 2 to 15 still fight over the Lego's!

Really cute! :-)

I have a 15 yo and a 7yo, both are still into legos......well......they more expensive mega blocks and such, but I think my 7yo would love this bag anyway!!

My son is beyond legos now at age 13, but wow I love this pattern!! Great gift idea!! Thanks for your ingenious creativity!!
