I love working the crocodile stitch, it is so fun and unique! This bonnet is the perfect gift for a new baby. If I knew of anyone having a little girl, this would be an awesome baby shower gift. I do not think it would look as cute on a boy it might make him look too much like a girl.

I think working the crocodile stitch is so fun, but I usually don't care for the way it looks when a whole project is covered in it. That is what makes this baby bonnet so cute. The crocodile stitch is not over done. I also love how cute babies look in bonnets, so I will definitely make this at some point.

I haven't made this beautiful Crocodile Stitch Baby Bonnet yet, but I will. After reading the written pattern, ist sounds easy enough to make and there are some really good pictures and charts to show how to make this one. The crocodile stitch is a multiple-step stitch, but looks so cute when done. I love the way the crocodile scales circle the face of the baby, with no seam in the back that could leave nasty marks on the babys head. This is going to look great on my great grand daughter. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.

I love the look of the crocodile stitch, I haven't tried it yet, this bonnet looks like a great way to try it out, so cute
