This is such an intricate piece to work that I want to be able to give it my full attention. This is not something to just casually glance through. No, I want to have hook in hand, Chromebook fired up, and a cup of Rosy Lee at the ready. The designer provides a wonderful chart plus step by step photos of how the stitch is worked. Theres also an instructional video which I intend to watch before doing anything else.

I must say, I have been crocheting for 50 years and I have never heard of this stitch. But after reading the instructions, I know I have to give it a try. It's very easy and turns out just gorgeous. It would make a really different design on a scarf. Thank you!

beautiful stitch! 3

Love new stitches, thanks for this one, it's lovely!

I love learning new stitches and this Chinese Puzzle stitch is another new one that I love! The pictures are great and helps me make sure I'm doing the written steps right. Just follow the step by step pattern and it comes out! Love when that happens. I can see this stitch used to make cowls, scarves or even hats for this winner, great for a heavy cloth. My mind is racing with ideas to use this stitch. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet tutorial.

OOOOO I really love this design... I really like how it appears as twisted fans opposite of each other. I also love granny squares. So I believe this will be new and still have a feel of the traditional . I can't wait to try this one.Thank you

While this stitch would make a gorgeous blanket for a friend or even for yourself, it would turn also make an amazing stitch for a dishcloth. The raised sections would make perfect bumps to scrub your dishes squeaky clean! I've been looking for some new ideas for dishcloths and I think this would be perfect!

Rhondda, I have tried several times to get to the Chinese Puzzle Stitch directions, however, every time I try I get sent to a page that has many choices and the only one that has "Chinese Puzzle" in it has nothing to do with crochet. How do I get to your page with the crochet Chinese Puzzle Stitch? And now I can't figure out how to give a rating. Where do I put it????

This stitch is so cool! I can't wait to try it on several different projects. It will make a beautiful, heavy shawl for winter! Thank you so much!

I love Rhondda's tutorials! They are so easy to follow to learn the stitches. =)
