Alice Merlino

Alice Merlino Although Ive tried just about every craft there is, crochet is my mainstay. I love its rhythm and graceful monotony. The idea that one long string can turn into a handbag (or anything at all) seems like magic.

Allen Williams

Allen Williams My mother and great grandmother taught me to crochet when I was around eight years old. I made potholders, afghans, hats, and Christmas tree ornaments. I even ventured into cotton crochet of doilies and tablecloths. I find crocheting to be relaxing and do it mostly in the evenings as a stress reliever from a long day at work.

Alli Hyer

Alli Hyer Alli Hyer is a full-time mom of two little girls. She has been crocheting since college, where the craft became her escape. She considers herself an amateur designer, focusing on simple patterns for useful things. Her favorite creations are the ones she makes for her girls. Alli started her blog, Alli Crafts, to share her creations and designs.

Amber Dupont

Amber Dupont Hi, my name is Amber Dupont and I am The Flighty Crafter. I am married with 2 kids and I work full-time. Busy MUCH?? I love to craft and I have dabbled in a bunch of different things. Right now my passion is crocheting.

Anastacia Zittel

Anastacia Zittel Anastacia Zittel, aka anastaciaknits, is a 30 something married crocheter knitter who loves to play with fiber in any form. Her favorite things to design are accessories of any kind.

Andrea Hoglen

Andrea Hoglen I took up yarnwork to help me deal with the stress of working a full time job while going to school full time. That was almost a decade ago. Since then, I've learned to both knit and crochet, design my own crochet patterns, and I even finished my doctorate! I love small projects that you can tackle in a weekend, as well as unique projects that you won't find in a store.

Andrea Lyn Van Benschoten

Andrea Lyn Van Benschoten As a child I remember watching my grandmother with wonder as she crocheted, creating fabric by running yarn across a hook. When I finally had the opportunity to learn to crochet as an adult, I felt I was able to create a unique bond with my Grandmother I never had before.

Anne Potter

Anne Potter My name is Anne Potter and I'm an artist, designer and stay-at-home mother of five. I am a "jack-of-all-trades, master of none" - I love to knit, crochet, quilt and paint, and several of my beaded jewelry designs have been published in magazines. While my days are filled with everyday housekeeping chores, my work is inspired by travel and world cultures. Mexican milagros, Thai pagodas, Norwegian stavekirkes and African mudcloth just do it for me and I love to incorporate global design in my designs.

Annemarie Benthem

Annemarie Benthem I attended a crochet workshop a few years ago, just for the fun of it. I wasn't too serious about learning how to crochet, but when I finished a frog that night I was so excited! I couldn't stop crocheting and in fact, I haven't ever since. Shortly after I made the frog, I thought it would be nice to start a blog to share my crochet projects with family and friends.

April Draven

April Draven I am 28 years old and have been crocheting for 17 years. I'm happily married and have a wonderful little girl. I am a stay-at-home mom and design crochet patterns whenever I get time to spare. I love being able to share with the world. It makes me feel connected in a unique way. I try and design things that will appeal to the younger generation.
