"As part of the 2018 Washcloth Crochet Along I was asked to design an original washcloth using Cascade Ultra Pima Yarn. The yarn was given to me by Cascade Yarns for this project. I used 3 colors to make my Elegant Washcloth and it looks equally lovely in one solid color. This is a lovely, softly textured washcloth. If you are making a gift basket for a friend or family member, the Elegant Washcloth is the perfect project to add to the basket. Add your favorite spa items and soaps and crochet a couple Elegant Washcloths and add them to the package. Lovely and durable these washcloths are an excellent gift item. This is a free crochet pattern and you will find it on my blog."
Crochet HookE/4 or 3.5 mm hook
Yarn Weight(3) Light/DK (21-24 stitches to 4 inches)
Crochet Gauge19 stitches and 13 rows = 4 inches
Finished Size7.5 inches by 7.5 inches

I just love the texture pattern on this cloth. The back and forth of the slants make it quite visually interesting. While it definitely does work as a washcloth, I would love to see it used in a larger project. It might be too much for a blanket (I would think it would be very heavy), it might work for a scarf, cowl or even a pillow topper.
