Chunk Yarn Crochet Cowl
Chunk Yarn Crochet Cowl

"This crochet cowl is super soft and comfy. Using chunky weight yarn allows this project to be completed in a single afternoon. The chunky yarn means this project works up very quickly. I used contrasting colors to add more interest and texture. For this cowl, I used Bernat Roving Yarn from Yarnspirations. It is a mixture of 80% acrylic yarn and 20% wool. This means it is nice and warm without being too warm. I added a decorative edge trim using picot stitches in a contrasting colors to help the border really pop out. I hope you enjoy this project."

NotesWritten pattern along with a link to a Video tutorial are all on my blog post. Enjoy!

I love how this cowl uses two different colors of yarn to achieve the striped look. I immediately started to think of various color combinations to match my wardrobe. The directions are very detailed and contains special notes and tips for the construction. Shes also added an instructional video that can be viewed either at the link or on YouTube.
