I don't use coasters, but my mother-in-law does and this will make a great gift for her. This 10 minute coasters pattern is very easy to whip up. After watching the video, I wish she had the camera placed to where her crocheting would not be in the lower part of the picture. The written pattern is easy to understand and follow and should come out nice. I'll be making these in fall colors to give. Thank you for sharing this free crochet coaster pattern.

These handy little coasters are perfect when youre looking for a way to use up those skein ends. If youre anything like me, I always seem to have a small amount of yarn thats too much to donate to the birds, but not nearly enough to make a larger project. The nice thing with quirky coasters like these is that the colors and yarn textures dont have to match.

These Easy 10 Minute Coasters are so cute and dainty. The colors chosen here are so eye-catching and very inviting which is appropriate to use on the table. It will add color and life to our dining table and cheer us up every time we take our meals.

These are very similar to the flowers that I have that are three dimensional. I attached them to an afghan. These would be nice on the side table when I put that afghan out.

I didn't have any trouble getting to the pattern. It's very easy to follow too. It doesn't take much yarn either. It's a good way to use your yarn stash. And depending on the season , you can make the colors to go with them. Fall, Winter, spring and summer,

I can't get to the pattern at all. All I get is a bunch of junk I don't want my computer.. the pattern does not come up at all.

These ten minute coasters do not have to be used as coasters. They could also be used as motifs to include in other projects. They are almost flower-like so could be sewn or attached to a crochet hat or scarf. None the less it is impossible to have too many coasters though.

I really like this project. It's easy and can be done up very fast. I am going to have my friends check this out. They are beginners and this would be perfect for them to practice on. Plus it will satisfy their need for immediate satisfaction. They get antsy when something takes a while to do.

Fantastic pattern. I love quickie projects. I print them out and keep them in a special file for when I need a little gift at the last minute. I am getting quite the collection now. Sometimes or most of the time I am much slower at crocheting the project in the time frame the pattern indicates even though I have been crocheting for 40 years.

This would be a fun way to practice crocheting in the round! Plus, you get a fun coaster at the end.

This is a really cool idea, to give these as a set with an insulated tumbler. Make the coasters in the same variety of colors that the tumbler is in. It will make a very unique, one of a kind gift for teachers and neighbors alike. I happen to have lots of Sugar 'N Cream scraps of yarn in my stash, so it looks like I can give this pattern a try.

My three favorite word so popped up in this pattern. Cute, easy and inexpensive. Since I make baby clothes I have a lot of left over pastel colors for making spring or summer ones. Come fall it won't take much to make up a set in fall colors. And the best part of all is that they can go into the washer.

cute but cant find pattern anywhere too bad I wanted to make them and link below wont work either oh well (
