Summer Halter Top

"Make this summer top with 3 different styles of straps. As well, the skirt section can be made longer to make a summer dress. Worked top down, and starts with a foundation chain that wraps around the chest. After that, it's mindless crocheting. The chest section is worked with pebble stitch, an alternating single crochet, double crochet stitch. Make any size from child size to plus size! I used worsted weight yarn and a 5.5 mm crochet hook."
