I find it incredibly hard to believe these flowers are classified as Easy, especially since there arent any written instructions to accompany the videos. For this flower, you have to go to a different video that shows how to form the center https//www.youtube.com/watch?v=tHkGNAQHr0 Once you have that made, you can proceed through the rest of the Crochet Along. Be prepared to pause the video and rewind a few times. I would highly recommend watching the entire thing through at least once before even starting.
