You cant see the texture pattern in the above photo, but if you go to the link, theres a nice picture of this square flattened out. The raised windmill motif is quite evident in that one. Id like to work one up in Delft Blue, Cobalt and Cream in honor of my own Dutch heritage. Im loving these 12 inch squares!

What beautiful accent/novelty squares, in such vibrant colors. I can mix and match my granny squares with the windmill square to create something unique and one of a kind. I have to share that the pink, fuschia, and purple color combo is my favorite. I just want to dive right in and get to work!
