These are cute. I love quick and simple projects. These are made in five rows with chunky / bulky yarn so if you have any experience with a hook you could probably make them in less than fifteen minutes. There are picture aids but these could not be any easier to make.

You can make an entire wardrobe of these easy fifteen minute ear warmers, in colors to match every top you own! I like that they are simplistic enough and non-intrusive so that you can wear them indoors as a fun and funky accessory piece- without it looking like you left your outdoor head gear on indoors! Chunky weight or double up on your choice of worsted weight colors.

These fifteen minute ear warmers would make great stocking stuffers. If you live in a cold climate these would be awesome to tuck away in every outer wear pocket to have if needed. I keep gloves in my coat pockets for just such an occasion.

The designer for this project uses JoAnns house brand Big Twist, and I finally spotted the larger Bulky variety in our local store. I hadnt decided what to make yet, but now I have a good idea (and a coupon!). I actually prefer the ear warmer style of head gear as thinner headbands tend to pop off my head when I move around.
