The skill level for this is easy but I want to just jump in a say this could easily be a beginner pattern. It just takes making three pieces and joining them. Patterns like this that offer a useful piece with a little effort keeps my yarns flying here at my house. This is perfect for summer but could be a fall/winter item as well.

This is a great pattern. The design is simple and if you can master the stitch, this little ditty will work up really quickly. I would love to have two of them. Of course I need it in white but I want a vibrant color as well. I will just have to wait to see that yarn is on sale with I go to the craft store.
