Porg Amigurumi

"The porg is the adorable, puffin-like bird from Ahch-To, the island hideaway of Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars moving, The Last Jedi. Porgs were originally inserted into the film to be the digital answer to removing the actual puffins living on the Irish island. All the puffins were instead digitally converted into porgs. They are loud, adorable, and soften the heart of a certain wookiee we all know and love. This take on the porg is close to actual size and includes instructions to make both the female and male porgs."

We enjoyed watching the Porgs in the Star Wars movie, and had to laugh because the one reminded us of our bossy little hen lovebird. I hadnt noticed that there was a gender difference in the Porgs, but most avian species work out that way. The males are showy, and the females do all the work! I have a friend who crochets fantasy amigurumi, so Ill pass this on to her.
