3D Pumpkin Potholder
The 3D Pumpkin Potholder is shaped like a catcher's mitt so when it's hung on the wall it looks like a 3D pumpkin. This neat Thanksgiving crochet pattern is worked in rounds and is great for the advanced beginner.

This project is a lot easier than it initially looks. The pattern essentially calls for an amigurumi ball shape that you never stuff. You then flatten the work and push out one side in a convex form. I think this project would be interesting as a wall hanging alone. Be advisedwhen you click on the above link, youll get a pop up .pdf download screen.
