Colorful Ringed Rug

search

Adding an area rug is a fantastic way to add color and warmth to a room, especially if the rug is made of multiple colors. This Colorful Ringed Rug is the perfect beginner crochet pattern to learn how to make a rug for your room. Since the rings all increase in a consistent way in the pattern, you can make this rug as big as you need to fit your space. Use a solid color to match a room's theme, or choose multiple colors to add some flair.

This colorful little circle rug would be great at the foot of a side chair or even under a potted plant near a doorway. It is a small rug but it would add a large pop of color if you elect to use these. I think it is a beautiful piece and almost too pretty to be lying on the floor.

This circle rug is just that, colorful. This particular one is relatively small and would not have much use in my home but the directions indicate that the patter can be made in any size desired just keep growing the project. I may need to take out a small lone for the size I really want. Thanks for this beautiful project.

I think this would be great for use with my Color Wheel yarn from Michaels craft store! I bought an array of colors meant to coordinate and contrast with each other. I started a project with it, but now I found this rug and it would be so very pretty! Even as a large centerpiece table cover, too! I appreciate the clear cut instructions on the increase rounds. I may be a seasoned crocheter, but I sometimes forget the formula for my increase rows -)

I really like this cotton rug a whole lot! The thing is, it is only a 12" round rug! I think you can make it bigger by just alternating and adding more of your increase rounds. For me, I'd love to have a 24"-36" rug so that it covers at least an important space on my floor. Maybe 12" would be good for the bathroom? I can't believe how easy it is to make! It looks deceiving.

A first glance when I saw the picture of this ringed rug, I thought it was a potholder. Even better now that I see its a rug. Very impressive. But only a little less than 13 inches across is a very tiny rug. Maybe an on top of the coffee table rug? It is beautiful but needs to be much bigger.

Nice little blurb at the top introducing this "rug" but it isn't a rug. It's made with fine yarn (23-26 stitches per inch, folks, is TINY) and a 3.25 steel hook. It ends up being about 12 inches in diameter. Not a rug. A doily, maybe.

THANK YOU
