A few months from now and it's Christmas season again. This Zigzag Christmas Stocking becomes very in again as moms start to prepare decors for the Christmas season for the kids. I like this color combination because it is not the usual red, white and green. I can't wait to make this stocking.

I absolutely love the Bargello look of this stocking. The fact that the leg portion is worked as a flat piece makes me think about making just that section up as a pillow in addition to the stocking project. This project does need some photos, particularly for the assembly part of the stocking. I know this is originally a Red Heart project, but I shouldnt have to chase down additional information on my own.

Tried this craft? What did you think?

The fact that it'll probably cost you 8-10 bucks to make is a bonus right there. I bet you could make about 4 of these for that price. I'll admit, the colors are a little bit unconventional for Christmas, but if you like down home country or pioneer inspired looks then this is for you. It's cute!
