This is too cute. It's so easy too. I am glad they left it plain. I can see all kinds of accents. I can put safety eyes on it or fill the ears in with different colors, blue of pink, depending on the sex of the recipient . I don't want a pink hat, but just the snide of the ear would be enough.

The little bear hat is such a sweet little hat. It ranks very high on the cuteness charts. Babies and little ones are so fun to crochet for. This hat could be left plain as it is or embellished with buttons and bows for the little girl bears. I am glad I figured out how to work the magic ring pattern because it makes the finished projects look so much nicer.

by using the appropriate colors, and sewing two different colored ears together, I made an adorable Pooh hat for my cousin using the basic hat pattern ... Fun! #BestIdeaEver

This is a perfect hat base to use. It's easy enough for beginners to use also. You just need your imagination to make it into many different animals.this way, it's a bear. Make it in black with white inside the ears and it's a panda. Try a dog or make the ears more pointy and you have a kitty. Let your mind run free!
