Love the pattern. What is the configuration for making it larger or smaller please?

If I wanted to make this larger, how would I figure it, please. Thank you.

I have used this pattern twice and the results are always admirable. Thank you so much Roseanne Beck and All Free Crochet. Sarah

I have made so many and they are quick and simple to make
