Indeed, these dish cloths/wash cloths are great craft table projects for you to sell. People usually flock to the lower ticket items because they want to feel like they got something special and hand made but only spent a few bucks on it, you know? A dozen of these in a basket make a great housewarming gift as well. Aside from a simple single crochet, this "v" stitch repeating pattern is so very easy and gives it a look of something much more time consuming- only you will know that it wasn't!

Great pattern. Uses very little yarn. Instructions are brief but concise. I love making new things for my kitchen. I will definitely make a few of these for myself and my friends and close family. I also like to make matching potholders when I make a dishcloth. I do that by making two and then sewing them together.

I really like the open texture of this project. I find that a lot of dishcloths are almost too tightly worked, so they dont rinse out properly. This one should be a snap to rinse and hang to dry. Of all the tricky stitches, the V Stitch is probably one of the easiest. No struggling to pull through all those loops like the Bobble!

Lily Sugar n Cream cotton yarn is pretty thick. I crocheted a poncho for a small child and never thought to ask the mom how it turned out when washed. My question is, are there dangers of the cloth taking a long time to dry out between use?

Until this pattern I wasnt sure what the V Stitch was. Such a small simple project made it easy to learn without burning out. These are the type of projects that I like to whip ups and also help to increase my stitch knowledge.
