This hat proves that you dont need to be a kid to enjoy a silly hat. One of my university classmates works as a hospice counselor for children, and she follows the Patch Adams model that laughter is often the best medicine. She has a quite a collection of hats, but I know for a fact that she doesnt have a flamingo! Shes going to love this, and so will her patients.
