With an adaptable pattern like this, we have the ability to customize it however we see fit! Not a fox fan? How about a kitty cat, instead? Like cute little bunnies? Just make the ears longer and change it to white and pink. I thank you for giving us this pattern!

Wow! This is so cute. Mommy will definitely like this and baby will look cute wearing it. This hooded baby blanket looks so easy to make, it used just one kind of stitch, I think. Love the color but you can use other colors of your choice.

I think this hooded blanket was made popular a while back with that song What Does The Fox Say. This is so cute. Babies love to be swaddled. After a bath is a perfect time to wrap your little one in this blanket, just remember cotton yarn absorbs, and have a little private snuggle time with baby.

This is such a cute baby blanket pattern! I am wondering if you could convert the yarn to cotton, and it would be a towel? Has anyone ever tried this? I think that would be a super cute idea for a newborn baby, maybe even a baby shower gift! You could also change the colors and make any animal!

yes you can

How happy am I to find this adorable Like a Fox Hooded Baby Blanket. The pattern is easy to follow, and I don't anticipate any problems making it. My two year old niece is going to love it. She's the big sister of a new baby boy that joined our family this week. This will be perfect to give to her because I've made things for the baby.

Ah! I love this! Is it wrong if I want to alter this to make this in an adult size...?

Hi Sleepy Jules! No you are not wrong - I was thinking the same thing! I know someone that would love this! I like that the hood part doesn't come up from the corner like most hooded blankets!
